"My stay was relaxing! The pool area was very nice. I enjoyed the food options at the Chatteres and Cool Beans cafe. Thank you Darlington, Shakespeare, Agile ,Simba and Tawanda for your wonderful service. My room was very clean thanks to Jane. The front desk staff was lovely. "Sadly, upon our arrival we were disappointed to discover that there are NO dining facilities available on the premises! For lunch or dinner we were expected to drive out of the camp and try and find a restaurant.The industrial /rural area in the vacinity . did not seem condusive to a family type of restaurant. The resort management could not give a solution and agreed that a cancellation of our booking was the best solution. "

"The overall is outstanding, howeever the building is very old and outdated. The heater did not work and I was force to sleep with my sweater and long johns on to stay warm. The bed was not comfortable. The hotel is close to the city center, and throughout my stay I didn't have any problems besides the condition of the hotel. For the cost to book at this hotel, I was expecting for better. "
